APRIL 27TH & 28TH
Join Andrew Misle and Kelly Day for a 4 part weekend series from April 26th-28th, dedicated to the integration of pratyahara techniques into all aspects of the yoga practice.
Pratyahara shifts our focus from sensory perception to the essence of perception itself, guiding us to reconnect with the profound core of our being, where the observer resides
To truly live and breathe into our fullest potential requires that we awaken to and optimize our sense of Self. It requires that we expand our capacity to feel, think, and see clearly — polishing our inner lens to the visions we choose to seek.
This class will include the necessary ingredients to leave you feeling grounded, clear, and deeply at ease. We’ll explore dynamic asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana and dhyana practices as a way to increase our vitality, enhance our attention, and prepare us for the meditation seat.
When we turn up the voltage of our life, our being begins to communicate back to us in unimaginable and tangible ways. This will be a practice of recognizing the synergistic relationship between our felt sense and our lived reality.
